Grant Goens
Grant S. Goens is a dependable and trustworthy attorney with a General Civil Practice located in Garland. Grant located his office in Garland when he first began his solo practice in September, 1999. His main areas of practice include Business Organization and Representation, Contracts, Wills and associated documents, Estate Planning and Probate, Real Estate, and Civil Litigation. Grant has been married to his high school sweetheart for 25 years and has two beautiful daughters.
Grant graduated from South Garland High School in 1980. He received his BA in General Business from East Texas State University, now Texas A&M Commerce in May, 1993. He received his Juris Doctor from Cumberland School of Law located at Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama, in May, 1998.
Grant sincerely believes in civility in the practice of law and in everyday life. Everyone who enters his office or with whom he interacts is treated with courtesy and respect, including opposing counsel and opposing parties.
Stephanie Prince Askew
Licensed since 2005. Graduated from Texas Wesleyan School of Law, on Dean’s Scholarship, and was a staff member on Law Review. Graduated with Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas at Austin, with degrees in Government and History.
Licensed by the State Bar of Texas to practice in every state court in Texas and sworn into the Federal Courts of the Eastern and Northern Districts of Texas.
